Sinatra was born to Italian immigrant parents in 1915. His mother was named Natalie Della. She went by Dolly. Her maiden name was Garaventa. Natalie Della Garaventa emigrated with her family from Genoa, Italy, to the United States, eventually settling in New Jersey.
Dolly Sinatra and Antonio "Tony" Sinatra were married in 1914, and Dolly gave birth to Frank Sinatra in 1915.
